1、 The user of elevator accessories shall be responsible for the safety of the elevator during use, strictly comply with relevant national regulations, and fulfill the following responsibilities:


(1) Assign a dedicated person to be responsible for the daily management of elevators, record the operation status and maintenance work of elevators, and establish and improve various safety management systems. Actively adopt advanced technology to reduce the failure rate.


(2) Determine a reasonable elevator operating time and strengthen daily maintenance and upkeep.


(3) The driver of an elevator operating in semi-automatic mode should hold a valid special industry operation certificate and participate in regular reviews.


(4) Set up elevator management personnel positions in locations that are convenient for receiving alarm signals, and develop emergency rescue plans and operating procedures. After a malfunction occurs in the elevator and a trapped person is trapped, it is prohibited to carry out rescue work for the trapped person without corresponding certified safety management personnel. It is necessary to do a good job in comforting the trapped person in the elevator and promptly notify the elevator maintenance unit


(5) Elevators with drivers are not allowed to operate without drivers.


(6) In the event of an accident, active rescue efforts should be organized and timely reports should be made to the special equipment safety supervision department.


2、 The user of the elevator should file each elevator and obtain a safety inspection certificate before it can be put into operation. The validity period of the safety inspection certificate is one year. Elevators that have not obtained a safety inspection certificate shall not be used.


3、 The user of the elevator should sign an installation, major renovation, and maintenance contract with the enterprise holding the special equipment installation, renovation, and maintenance license issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of China, and clarify the responsibilities of the entrusted enterprise.


4、 When the mechanical parts of the elevator suffer from serious corrosion, deformation, cracks and other defects, the electrical control system is disordered, and there are serious safety hazards that cannot be repaired or have no repair value, it should be scrapped. The ownership unit of scrapped elevators should report to the special equipment supervision department for registration and cancellation. The scrapped elevator is strictly prohibited from being used again.
