So, what are the key points for repairing and maintaining elevators?   

1. After the elevator traction machine has been working for a period of time, we need to observe the oil window and add gear oil. Its guide rail should be coated with lubricating grease, and we also need to prevent grease on the traction rope to prevent battery slippage.    

2. After the elevator runs for a period of time, when the leveling is bad, we need to first check whether the holding brake clearance of the traction machine is correct and whether the clamping screw of the holding brake is loose, and then adjust the position of the leveling magnetic sensor to ensure the leveling accuracy.     

3. When the elevator encounters a stuck or unable to open the landing door, we should check whether the landing door lock is faulty and whether the clearance between the landing door slides or the landing door tilts and gets stuck, or if the door rope falls off from the pulley groove. If the floor door of the elevator is opened or closed and the occupancy indicator light does not change accordingly, the door interlock switch should be checked for any malfunction.
