3、 Methods adopted for elevator electrical system faults

In order to ensure the normal and smooth operation of the elevator, effective measures should be taken to control and manage the problems that occur in the elevator, and to minimize faults and issues.

Under normal circumstances, elevators may encounter the following problems or malfunctions during operation: firstly, when the fuse fails, including short circuits in the buffer and rope breaking switch, double fuses should be replaced to eliminate the short circuit point and ensure the safe circuit of the hall door and car door. If the control coil is burned or there is an internal circuit break in the component, it is necessary to update and replace the corresponding coil and component in a timely manner, and replace them with dual sibling circuits. The second issue is the occurrence of upper limit, sinking, and limit switch faults, which allow the elevator to resume operation. This is mainly due to poor switch contact or open circuit reasons,

Therefore, it is possible to clean the contact points and effectively eliminate power outages, etc. Thirdly, when there is a malfunction in the interlocking switch of the car door or hall door, it is mainly due to damage to the interlocking switch or a broken circuit in the circuit. The maintenance and construction personnel need to clean the contact points and eliminate the power-off circuit. Fourthly, during the operation of the elevator, there may be safety clamps, safety window switches, and emergency stops on the car roof, mainly due to damage or poor contact of the switches. In addition to cleaning the contact points, the switches also need to be replaced. The fifth is the occurrence of faults in the buffer and pit emergency stop switch, mainly due to poor contact or problems with buffer reset. The main cause is that the steel wire rope is too long and the switch that touches the buffer is damaged. To address these faults, the buffer can be reset, effectively shortening the steel wire rope and replacing the corresponding switch.

IV. Conclusion

In summary, elevators often encounter various problems during operation. Therefore, maintenance and management personnel should constantly summarize experience, adopt scientific and reasonable methods, conduct effective inspections of elevator problems, and develop effective solutions. At the same time, in order to improve the level of elevator maintenance and upkeep, advanced technology and processes should be continuously introduced, and high-tech means should be adopted to ensure the safety and stability of elevator operation.
