1、 Prior to maintenance, the user unit should be informed in advance.
2、 Before maintenance, effective measures should be taken to prevent unauthorized personnel from entering the elevator during the maintenance process. For example, posting maintenance notices in prominent locations, placing warning signs in front of the elevator car, or closing the elevator door and cutting off the power supply to the door machine while ensuring that no one is inside the car to prevent passengers from entering the car.
3、 During the maintenance process, if only approved personnel can enter the maintenance site in a short period of time, guardrails should be set up around the maintenance site and warning signs should be placed. If necessary, a dedicated person should be assigned to guard it.
4、 At least two staff members should cooperate when repairing elevator accessories, and their thoughts should be focused, with mutual support and close cooperation.
5、 If you want to open the hall door with a triangular key, be sure to see the position of the elevator car clearly, and don't assume that the elevator must be in any position.
6、 When opening the hall door and entering the car roof, do not immediately close the door. Place the maintenance switch in the maintenance mode, press the emergency stop switch, turn on the car roof light, and only close the hall door after the car roof is firmly secured.
7、 When leaving the car roof, first open the hall door, then reset the car roof maintenance switch, emergency stop switch, lighting switch, etc. one by one, and close the hall door after arriving outside the hall. (If a person standing outside the hall can operate the above switches, they should stand outside the hall before resetting the above switches)
8、 When the elevator car is running, do not extend your body beyond the barrier and do not work at the crossing.
9、 When on the roof of the elevator, if the elevator loses control, one should remain calm, grab onto something that can be supported, squat firmly in a safe place, and not open the door to jump out.
10、 When entering the pit for work, if the first floor hall door needs to be kept open, a warning sign must be hung outside the hall door or a dedicated person must be assigned to guard it to prevent others from falling into the pit; When working in a pit, the safety switch of the pit maintenance box should be turned off; When climbing out of the pit, ensure that the hall door is open before connecting the safety circuit of the pit, and then quickly climb out of the pit. (If the safety switch can be operated outside the hall, it should be turned on after the person climbs out of the pit, and then the door should be closed.)
11、 If it is necessary to short-circuit the door lock to check for elevator door lock faults, it should be ensured that the elevator is in maintenance mode. After the inspection is completed, it is necessary to disconnect the short circuit of the door lock before resetting the elevator to its normal state.
12、 When repairing elevators with emergency devices, if using emergency switches, it is necessary to ensure that the hall doors are closed to prevent others from falling into the shaft.
13、 When it is necessary to cut off the power supply for elevator maintenance, a warning sign should be hung that reads "Operation by someone, no closing". When carrying out operations or using electric tools, it is important to take measures to prevent electric shock.
