There are several common issues with elevator maintenance in residential areas, including:

Elevators use three types of electricity (three-phase electricity means live wire, with 380V between the two and 220V for each neutral wire). If one or both wires of the three pronged electricity are dead, we call it a power shortage phase. It will make the monitor normal and the elevator will stop running.
