Xuzhou Zhongshun Elevator Equipment Co., Ltd. specializes in selling various elevator accessories, elevator motherboard frequency converter maintenance, elevator overhaul and renovation, elevator decoration, and non-standard customization of elevator arrival light control panel

Elevator installation is easy, but there will always be many problems encountered during operation, so installing and running an elevator cannot be considered complete. It is understood that the normal maintenance of elevators varies from half a month, one month, quarterly, half a year, to the whole year. As far as an elevator is concerned, the frequency of transporting residents up and down is very high every day. Therefore, according to the elevator safety supervision and management measures, maintenance should be carried out every 15 days to inspect the machine room and equipment, shaft and equipment, car, car door and landing door to ensure that there are no abnormal vibrations and sounds during elevator operation, the speed limiter rotates flexibly, the brake does not rub, the shaft lighting is normal, clean and free of water accumulation, and the car switch, fan, lighting, car door operation, etc. are normal.

However, due to difficulties in raising funds for the maintenance, inspection, and repair of elevators in many residential areas, it is also difficult to carry out maintenance, inspection, and repair work. Due to long-term lack of standardized maintenance and improper use, elevator malfunctions occur frequently, and due to unresolved maintenance costs, it continues to operate with problems, posing significant risks. Even though some residential areas can achieve elevator maintenance, the lack of supervision and oversight by elevator management units has resulted in maintenance being perfunctory or merely a formality. Regarding the prominent issue of elevators in high-rise residential buildings, the Municipal Quality Supervision Bureau and the Municipal Housing and Urban Rural Development Commission are studying and formulating the "Notice on Strengthening the Management of Safe Use of Residential Elevators", aiming to clarify the responsibilities of all parties and establish a long-term management mechanism. The main measures are to implement the responsibility for the safe use and management of residential elevators, standardize the allocation of elevator safety management personnel, guide owners to ride elevators correctly, comprehensively improve the quality of elevator maintenance, encourage insurance for elevator safety, strengthen risk management, and urge property management companies to strengthen the safety management of elevators in residential areas.
